Prof Hans . . .

I met my supervisor for my short stay research activities Prof. Hans Weigand last week. We had a very informal first meeting soon after arrival of Tilburg University, Netherlands.

He is such a wonderful and much capable person here in Tilburg University holding very many positions in Tilburg University and some other Institutions too. The fist meeting went on perfectly with him discussing about Sri Lanka, Dr. Prasad Jayaweera (supervisor in Sri Lanka) and some other useful stuffs which would help me during my staying here at Tilburg.

On the next couple of days I was very busy with applying and registering for the temporary stay permit, some medical tests and appointment with bank to open an account. Every thing went on in a very pleasant manner indeed (thanks god).

My very first official and formal meeting with Prof. Hans Weigand on 28th of February at his office. He just drove me to the department and gave me a key of the room 1009 for group studies (as I called office).

We discussed a lot about the research that I'm going to do here (Ontology Process Model).  Prof Hans gave me couple of books to read and understand the topic well. I accepted that offer and the assignment eagerly.

After that, Prof told me to get ready for the VMBO 2014 in Berlin, Germany (http://www.csw.inf.fu-berlin.de/vmbo2014/index.htm). Once again I was impressed with the task in Berlin.

It will grow  . . .
